House of Laughter (tickling)

Scenario: A mysterious attraction, the 'House of Laughter', opens up in town, with the unusual rule that only women are allowed to enter, but they never come out. The Sailor Senshi (both Inners and Outers) go to investigate and find the owners are villains who feed on the energy of female laughter, which they get by tickling them to insanity. The Senshi get separated and must now face the ticklish trials to escape the 'House of Laughter'.
