Hide and Ram

After standing on Strawberry street for a few minutes, you decide to go with your plan to use the alleyways of the street to plant your toy traps so one of them can ram the merchant and his cart into the canal.

'All right time to get to work' you think happily to yourself, taking care not to be seen you begin to set up your plan of attack. You start first by creating a mixture of large toys such as Dragons, Cars, Carts and even a giant T-rex before placing one in each other the alleyways.

By the time night falls on the street each alley is readied with a large toy ready to ram the passing cart at any time, while you, on the other hand, find yourself a hiding place behind some crates near the stone bridge that cross over into the next street.

Unbeknownst to you is that you're hiding right in front of the house of the famous Lucy Heartfilla. Time slowly ticks away, leading to you sitting down due to your tired legs. When sudden your hear the clip clop of horse hooves making you pop your head out briefly to see your target come riding down the street in a slow manner. You see your target, the rather fat merchant seems to suffer from a bad case of being a drunk as he starts talking to himself about how he could not believe cheese is yellow when should it not be green due to the bacteria in it.

Now this could not be better for you as when one of your toys rams his cart into the canal no rune knight will believe his story especially if he report it in his current state. The perfect cover, the perfect plan oh how well everything is going for you, that is, until your toys attack.

You see with your toys having the ability to detect movement, the first of your traps a large toy tyrannosaurs rex rams into the merchant's cart taking itself and his cart to the bottom of the canal with no problem. However, thanks to the **** of being rammed from the side, the merchant doesn't follow the cart and instead is flung away from the canal before rolling along the street, making every single one of your toys traps go off in the process.

"Oh, shit!" is all you can say as you see each of your toys activate before running straight into the canal making huge splashes and enough noise to wake the dead, as they meet their watery end. You couldn't believe how much of a muck up this whole job had become in mere seconds, and to make it worse the merchant starts shouting for help, making the wooden front door near you open up to reveal her. While the drunk merchant tries to tell the mage his cart was attacked by a dinosaur, you take the chance to escape knowing you did not want to be caught right now. Yet in your rush to flee lady luck seems to have one more bad turn for you as suddenly you trip, tumbling to the ground and breaking one of the crates you hid behind with the **** you come down with.

You quickly get to your feet to make your escape, however, did the fairy tail mage see you escape or was she still busy with the drunk merchant?
