Hide!

I hid in a large empy cabinet, pulling my knees up to my chest.

The sound of footsteps entered the kitchen, then stopped right next to the cabinet I was in. It sounded like whoever it was, was cutting something on the counter above me. Then I heard another set of footsteps coming the same way. The cabinet opened briefly and something was thrown ontop of me before it was quickly shut, and the person walked away. It felt like some kind of fabric. The second person wasn't in the kitchen for very long either. After it sounded like everyone had left, I opened the cabinet.

It was my dress! Cut to pieces! They had made it about 8 inches shorts, and cut the top half in a very deep V shape.
