"Well...", Tracy thought."I'm not gonna take advantage of this just now, but you owe me one later, okay?"

"Yes, anything!" Tanya gasped."Just what should I do?"

Tracy walked over to her bookcase and grabbed a book. Tanya glanced over at it and nearly laughed. It was a gag gift that Tracy had received a couple of years back- a book on the occult and magic.

"You seriously think that will help me?" Tanya said questioningly.

"Yup. Better than nothing, at least," Tracy said as she opened the book and began flipping pages."So you said you were cursed? The chapter on curses is in the back, I think." She turned a few more pages."Ah here it is!" Tanya waited impatiently. If the book helped, then it would be worth it, but Tanya seriously doubted it. While she waited for Tracy to find something, she glanced around the room. It was filled with useless junk like the book, random odds and ends that had been collected.

"It says here that curses can be broken!" Tracy said, breaking Tanya's concentration."It requires one to remedy the thing that caused the curse in the first place, and then to go to a sacred place for the entirety of a full moon."

"But the next full moon is in nearly a month!" Tanya said despairingly."Plus, I have no idea where to find that old woman, or what qualifies as a sacred place."

"Well, that's what it says." Tracy said, shrugging. Tanya looked at the book where it said this, reading slowly to make sure. She then shut the book forcefully.

"I'm not going to do that!" Tanya said."It's impossible, the old crone might be dead for all I know, and how do we know the book is telling the truth?"

"Oh, I think you will." Tracy said."Its this attitude that got you into this mess in the first place. And I do care about the rest of your life. So I order you- break your curse." Tanya shook in anger, but she knew that she would eventually have to try. She couldn't live like this forever, Tracy was right. She got up and made to leave the room.

"Thanks, sis." Tanya said grudgingly.

"You owe me one, remember!" Tracy said as Tanya left the room.
