Helping Tenten

“Your mission is to help out Tenten with something at her home.”

Naruto was underwhelmed at that, “Is that it?” Seeing Tsunade nod Naruto started to whine, “But granny I wanted something awesome like fighting missing ninja or saving a kingdom or maybe …” He didn’t get to say much more as Tsunade threw a paper weight at him.

“You are going to this mission or I will make sure the mission you get is catching that damnable cat Tora.” Tsunade threatened with a vein on forehead throbbing from Naruto calling her granny. “You got it brat!”

Naruto, whose face was incredibly pale from Tsunade’s threat, nodded, “Y-Yeah Granny!” As he said that he quickly rushed out the room. Good thing he did too as this time Tsunade chucked an empty sake bottle at him, which shattered the moment in came into contact with the wall directly behind where he was standing.

After a few minutes of running he finally stopped and took a moment to catch his breath. After catching his breath he started his trek to Tenten’s home which was conveniently very close to where he was now. During his mad dash from the angered Tsunade he must have accidentally ran the right way. He didn’t think of it to much as he walked to Tenten’s home.

A couple minute later Naruto arrived outside her house. The place itself wasn’t very impressive, in fact if he was being honest it was a pretty boring place. He didn’t focus on the house though as he approached the door and knocked on it. After a minute knocked again, a bit harder this time so that it was louder. After another minute of waiting Naruto was about to head back to Tsunade and let her know Tenten wasn’t home. Just as he was about to walk away, he heard a voice from inside the house.

“Wait a second! I’m almost there!” Naruto assumed that the voice belonged to Tenten and his assumption was proven correct when the door opened and Tenten’s head popped around from behind the door. “Oh, Hey Naruto what are you doing here?” Tenten questioned.

Naruto just gave his usual bright grin in response, “Granny Tsunade said you needed some help with something and had me come help.” He closed his eyes and expanded his grin at that point completely missing the blush on Tenten’s face.

After a moment Naruto opened his eyes as he heard Tenten speak, “A-Alright. Come on in.” With that Tenten’s head returned to behind the door and the door swung open. Seeing this Naruto walked right into the house. After he was through the doors threshold and took a few steps inside he heard the door slam closed.

Hearing this Naruto started to turn around, “Alright Tenten what did you n-n-n-n-n…” When he fully turned around his eyes went wide and his jaw dropped at what he was seeing.
