“Alright Honey! Enjoy the conference! I’ll see you in a week! I love you”

You press the red button on your touch screen to end the call. This is the first time David has had to travel for work, and although you will miss him, you’re happy to have the apartment to yourself. You haven’t had this much space alone since you were 23, before you and David ever met, and you were looking forward to these seven days for your own rest and relaxation.

As you set your phone down on the granite top island in your kitchen, you sigh. This is your first night to do something without considering another person’s day. Your first night of uninhibited freedom.

“What should I do?” You ask yourself, in the midst of the overstimulating and unusual openness you now have.
