"Can't I stay like this a little longer?" He asked Dr. Valentine.

"Why would you want that?" She asked back.

"Well." John began answering a little embarrassed. "I would like to play a prank on my parents. And it's not like I'm against being dressed like a woman."

Dr. Valentine put on a big smile. "If you want to." She relieve John of the pile of his old clothes and put them away. Then she indicate him to sit down on the couch like he did a few hours ago. As he sat down she got everything she used for feminizations ready. Then she stepped behind John and put her hands on his blond wig. "For a better prank I'm redoing the make up and some other things to last a few hours. Are you alright with it?"

John's smile on his made up face got a little bigger. "If you can, make it last for a day."

Dr. Valentine's smile also got bigger as she took off the blond wig. "Your wish is my command." She put the wig away and took John's earrings off. Then she used a make-up remover pad to take off his make-up and removed the false eyelashes and finger nails. "This is going to hurt a little, but it'll help with wearing earrings." She pierced John's ears and put two small stud earrings into the holes. "I'll change them with the old ones at the end." Then Dr. Valentine took new false fingernails and put them on the boy with a day-lasting adhesive. She took the black nail polish and painted the nails. While the polish dried the therapist took a small syringe and held it near John's face. She stung the small needle into his lips and carefully injected some of it's content. John recognized the feeling of his lips getting blown up a little. Dr. Valentine injected a second liquid into his lips to make the swelling last a whole day. Then she took a small brush and dipped it into a bottle with a clear liquid before dipping it into some light pink color. "This is going to hurt a little." She brushed the brush over John's lips. It hurt quite a lot as the light pink color got burnt into his lips, but he pulled himself together to endure it. Next Dr. Valentine applied some light blusher to John's cheeks, it too got burned into his skin. Then she did his eyes. She reglued the false eyelashes with a day lasting glue and coated them with black mascara, followed by dark colors for the eye lids. "And done is your make-up for the next day." She took the wig and glued the long blond hair back on John's head. After the glue had dried she styles the hair and secured it with hairspray.

John looked like a classy drag queen again, but Dr. Valentine wasn't done with him. She changed the old earrings clips with hooks and exchanged them with the small stud earrings on his ears. Now John looked like he did the last hours, but even now Dr. Valentine wasn't done. She took a syringe and filled it with the same liquid John used to expand the chest of the man back in the club. "I'm sure it'll be more fun if you not only have pushed up flesh as breasts, but real ones." She injected the first half of the syringes content into John's right side of his chest, the other half in the left side. After a few seconds John felt his chest burning up and just a little while later he saw the two small mounds grow in size. Dr. Valentine pushed the breasts up a little more. John looked down on his grown cleavage and gently put his hands on it. "They look fantastic." He said happy about the cleavage he now had.

Once again John was looking like a drag queen. But this time at his own request and for the next whole day.
