He sees MJ and Gwen making out

Peter stops dead in his tracks, a wave of uneasiness rushing over him as he peaks at the couch to see the red head and the blonde kissing passionately on the couch while Flash and Harry ogle them from a nearby loveseat.

"Wow! Gwen? MJ?" Peter says, slightly choked at first.

Gwen stands up and walks towards Peter, "Peter, you heard Flash say we were ready to go." She finally reaches Peter, straightens his tie, "It was either I kiss MJ or I kiss Flash, who would you have chosen?"

Peter chuckles and looks over at MJ, "You made the right choice, just wasn't the birthday surprise I was expecting."

Gwen grabs Peter's jaw and brings it back to her attention, "It's your birthday, Peter, I think there will be lots of surprises"

The blonde beauty kisses her boyfriend with the same passion she just kissed her girlfriend, and Flash and Harry finally get the nerve to walk over and sit next to MJ. The red-headed go-go dancer leans back against Flash, supporting herself with her hand on his thigh as Harry nervously decides to kiss her.

"Even Harry's behavior is a bit off" Peter thinks to himself as he sees his normally jealous friend doesn't blink at his girlfriend getting attention from the old high school quarterback.

Before he can examine much more of the situation, MJ breaks the kiss on the couch, "What do you think, Tiger, maybe we should stay in for your birthday."
