He has an idea that will get her wet

Dustin suddenly walked over to Wayne, and took him aside. "Hey, don't we still have that pool from the cookout we had a few summers ago?" he whispered.

"Yeah, maybe..." Wayne said with a confused expression.

Dustin nodded his head towards Katie. "Seems like someone might want to go for a swim."

Realization dawned across Wayne's face as he nodded. "Aww man, Dustin! Great idea!"

"I know." Dustin said with a wink. "See if you can get a couple other guys to help you get it set up and filled in the other room. Let me know when you're done."

As Wayne ran off to get to work, Dustin brought another drink over to Katie, who grabbed it from him instinctually. "Dusssin, I'm having sooooo much fun!" Katie said, putting her arms around Dustin's shoulder as she sipped the drink he had brought her. She inadvertently pressed her braless breasts against him as she did so, a detail that did not escape him. It also gave him a great opportunity to look down her shirt. He could see quite a bit of her boobs, which made him excited for the plan that he had concocted.

After about 20 more minutes of entertaining Katie, Dustin saw Wayne come scurrying back and give him the thumbs up. Dustin cleared his throat. "Listen up everyone! We have a swimming pool set up in the next room if anyone's interested in going for a dip!"

This was met with some interest from the gathered co-workers, but none more than Katie, who gasped and grabbed the front of Dustin's shirt. "A. Swimming. Pool! Tha souns Mazing!

"Yeah, that's what I thought too!" Dustin said. "I don't have a swimming suit with me though, so I hope you don't mind me swimming in my underwear.

"Naaaaaaa, I dummind." Katie said, smacking Dustin in the chest. "Oh no!" She said, her eyes going wide. "I don hava swim suit either! Awwwwwww man!"

Katie threw her head back as she bemoaned her suitless existence. " It's too bad you're so shy, Katie." Dustin began. "It's going to be so much fun!"

"Wha?" Katie said, snapping her head forward to look at Dustin. "Imna shy!"

"Oh." Dustin said in mock surprise. "I guess I just assumed that's why you didn't want to jump into the pool. I mean, it's ok if you're too shy. Lots of girls are. You're probably just like all of them."

"Oh yeah? Thas wa you think?" Katie grabbed Dustin by the wrist. "Comon then. Les go." She started to march Dustin in a zig-zag pattern towards the pool room.

Dustin laughed. "Really, it's ok if you don't want to."

"Shush", Katie said, pulling him into the pool room. The pool was a decently sized 12ft x 36ft inflatable. It was designed to be set up outside, and Dustin was actually pretty impressed that Wayne and whoever he had gotten to help him had been able to bring it in here, inflate it, and fill it so quickly. They must have been pretty motivated! Katie reached down to start yanking her shoes and socks off, giving all of the guys another fantastic view down her shirt. Without her bra blocking the way, her boobs hung down even further. Wayne could see her chest and flat tummy in addition to a large portion of her bosoms, and it was a pleasant reminder of how much of her clothes she had already shed!

As Katie finished up taking her shoes and socks off, Dustin, Wayne, and a few other guys all started stripping down as well. Dustin was one of the first to strip down to his boxers and he looked over to see Katie, attempting to unbutton her jeans.

"Need some help?" he asked.

Katie blew a strand of hair out of her face and flapped her arms down at her side in a show of frustration. "Yes." she said.

Dustin moved quickly behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. He leaned around her shoulder to get a look at what he was doing (and also get another look down her shirt, of course). He marveled at his luck as he unbuttoned her jeans and slowly unzipped her as well. Dustin hooked his fingers into the hem of her jeans and began tugging them down off of her waist. Katie raised her arms above her head, giving him more room, but also raising the hem of her shirt up to reveal more of her tummy. Dustin pushed her jeans down to the floor, rubbing his hands innocuously against her prodigious ass as he did so.

"Yay!" Katie cried, stepping out of her jeans. She was now dressed only in her slightly damp, white t-shirt, and a pair of small, purple, lacy panties! The guys were happy to see that her panties didn't do much to cover her firm, juicy ass cheeks. They watched with glee as she ascended the stairs to the side of the pool. Katie closed her nose with one hand and jumped into the pool with a splash!

It wasn't long before the guys all jumped in after her.
