He goes to the clinic

Bringing with him the pill case and all the paperwork, Adam heads straight for the clinic. Fortunately enough, the nearest address is within walking distance.

Finding the clinic situated tucked away in the back of a small plaza, Adam walks in nervously, approaching the pretty red-headed secretary and mentioning he's here to see the doctor.

She has a knowing smile as she takes his name and directs him to sit down in the empty waiting area. "Adam, is it? It'll just be a short while."

After a short wait, the secretary speaks up clearly, saying "Doctor Miller will see you now."

Adam walks into the back of the clinic, passing an outgoing man, evidently the most recent patient. The doctor inside is much younger than he'd expected, female, obviously under 30.

Her blond hair is pulled back into a ponytail and her face is nothing short of gorgeous. Her body seems slender, but still curved in all the right places, and Adam realizes he's been staring a bit as Doctor Miller waves for him to have a seat, voice professional and businesslike.

"What seems to be the problem?"

Adam produces the pills and gives a truncated account of how he overdosed before reading the warnings provided, then follows up with "So, can you help me?"

Dr. Miller gestures to his groin, and, calmly states, "We'll have to see what there is to work with. You need to remove your pants."

Taking a deep breath, Adam lowers his trousers and underwear, sitting with his legs spread for Dr. Miller to examine him. Putting on gloves, she takes his member between two fingers, her touch alone enough to make Adam fully erect in seconds.

Dr. Miller's eyebrows rise as she examines the scrawny 3.5 inch dick between Adam's legs, finally shaking her head and stating flatly, "it shouldn't have shrunk this much. At best we'll be able to get you a half inch back, and that'll take weeks of fairly unpleasant medication and personal intensive therapy..."

She looks up and meets his eyes. "I can't recommend going through with treatment. You won't be able to grow back to more than four inches, so either way it'll be too tiny for anything but urinating."

He winces internally as she unknowingly dismisses his original dick size as useless, his heart sinking as he realizes he'll have to go through weeks just to get back to his original penis size.
