What does he do next?

He doesn't get far before realizing something.

Blake walked out the cafe; turning left and walking down the sidewalk with the now powerless notebook tucked under his left arm.

Limitless power was somewhat infuriating in terms of dealing with the limitless possibilities; and Blake was having trouble pinning down which one he wanted to do first. Everything from the most minuscule love changes to reality shattering ideas were passing through his head, and he was going to do all of them but it was a matter of decision now.

Blake chuckled to himself as he walked down the sidewalk, he had achieved godhood for all of a couple of minutes and was already sounding like some comic book supervillain.

Of course unlimited power does that to people and his power was truly unlimited, so any and all comparisons to a comic book super villain was valid to a certain degree. However comic book villains always end up failing in the end things to their arrogance, they get blind by power and end up being defeated at the end of the day. So if Blake was going to be playing the role of an all-powerful god, he was going to need to humble himself first.

And there was nothing more powerfully humbling than humiliation.

So Blake decided his first fantasy to come to fruition was one where he felt the brunt of embarrassment, just to be a reminder to him about even with the power he now possessed. He was but a man. But before he put any more thoughts down, he should take care of a little thing.

Taking the inert rulebook out under his arm, Blake concentrated and without a single sound. The book disappeared from existence.

Now with that dealt with; Blake found himself with another decision to make about his humbling humiliation. Which was the scale of which to do it.

Which boiled down basically to either public or personal humiliation.

Both would have the same effect but the main difference was that a public humiliation would end with the erasing of all but his memories but he would know the feeling of the entire world shaming him, well a personal humiliation would probably be left mostly untouched to those involved.

So which would do the job better?
