He Agrees

“Hmm. Fine. I’ll do it. I’ll take you out on a date.” Naruto answered, making Karui smile.

“Great! I’m free tonight. I’m staying at this private apartment I rented for the week where you can pick me up at 7:00. You don’t need to wear anything fancy. You’re free dress as you always do.” Karui said before getting up to leave.

“Sounds good. I’ll see you then, Karui.” Naruto said as he escorted her to the door.

Before she left however, she stopped and turned to him with a light glare, making him sweat.

“Not the ramen shop. I heard it’s favorite place to eat. However, you there ALL the time, so that’s not much of a date for a girl like me. Got it?” Karui stated firmly.

“Heheh. Right. I got it.” Naruto said, rubbing the back of his head.

“Good. See you tonight.” Karui said before walking out the door.

“Looks like I got a date, and with a girl like Karui of all people. This is great! This means I’m starting to attract girls! Maybe if I’m lucky, I’ll get to lose my virginity tonight.” Naruto said before chuckling. “Heheh. Nah. Karui wouldn’t do something like that. Anyway, I better get dressed and go look for a place other than Ichiraku’s.”

~Hours Later~

Naruto arrived at Karui’s rented apartment and found it to be pretty fancy. Stepping up to her door, he knocked on it to get her attention. He didn’t have to wait long before redhead opened it and gave him a smile.

“So you came after all. I’m surprised.” Karui stated, getting a grin from him.

“Well, I’m not one to refuse someone who wants to make up for their mistakes.” Naruto said kindly.

“Good to know. So, where are we going anyway?” Karui asked as she shut and locked her door.

“To a family BBQ restaurant. I normally only eat there when I’m with friends, so I figured I’d take you there.” Naruto explained, getting an approving nod.

“Sounds good to me. Lucky for you I love some nice tasty meat.” Karui said, winking at Naruto as she walked by him, enjoying his blush at her words.
