On October 31, 1963, a young Michael Myers accidentally sees his eighteen-year-old sister undressing in her bedroom and is automatically driven with the urge to destroy all her clothing. When his parents come home, they find that he was becoming obsessed with destroying the clothes of all women above the age of eighteen -- including the clothes of her own mother.

In self-defense, his family has Michael Myers committed to Smith's Grove Sanitarium, where he is watched over by psychiatrist Dr. Samantha Loomis.

Then one dark and stormy night fifteen years later, Michael Myers breaks out of his padded cell and manages to steal a car. It's up to Dr. Samantha Loomis to track him down before he strips the entire female population of Haddenfield, Illinois. But can she do so before Michael makes teenage babysitter Laurie Strode and her friends the latest victims of his ENF obsession?
