Grant wakes up in his cell

Slowly, Grant's eyes opened. He was still in his cell, although it had returned to normal. He was careful not to let any of his wariness show on his face, in case whoever was watching the security feed started to ask questions.

Glancing around at the small room, Grant could see nothing that could be considered a gift. As far as he could tell, everything was exactly the same as it had always been. It hadn't just been a dream, Grant was sure of that. Whoever or whatever that being had been, it was real. It had given him a gift of 'truth', whatever the hell that meant.

He probably shouldn't tell Skye or Coulson that he was dreaming about strange beings giving him gifts. That would be asking for trouble.

He decided he would simply have to wait for this gift to reveal itself. Standing up off the bed, Grant began his exercises.
