Good Enough Ending
You and Tori made a great couple. But the threat of her discovering the truth of that night lingered every second you stayed in that small town. You convinced her to move with you to start a new life together somewhere far away. She never did learn what had happened. For you, it didn't matter anymore. You had her and that was what was important. You paid a high price to get her, but she was yours now.
Well, it isn't a satisfying ending to a long and engaging love story, but it's a good ending nonetheless.
