Going for a local jog
You think to yourself how much easier it will be to go for a 20 minute job around the neighborhood. Heck, it would take you 20 minutes just to get to the gym and get settled.
You go to get changed and realize you're almost entirely out of clean clothes. You don't want to lose your motivation to get active but you also don't want to smell worse than you're already going to by the end of your run.
