Alex was sure getting pushy and controlling. You thought as he tugged at your arm very forcibly yet again.

"Dude knock it off." You say to him as you look over at Alex with a glare.

His eyes have turned beady and he grits his teeth. "Can we go?"

"Kevin seems nice. What's the big deal? I do know the mall enough that we could show him around?"

"I'm not going around the mall with that dude," Alex whispers in your ear.

"Why? He works with my dad, completely harmless."

"Dude is checking you out, and I remember talking to him last week about this."

"I'm sorry if I caused any trouble," Kevin interjects seeing us bickering under our breath. " I can just be on my way."

"Wait!" you find yourself saying as you rip your arm out of Alex's clutches. "Alex and I were just about to part ways anyways, I can show you around."
