Go to the avenue
You step out onto a quiet, tree-lined avenue. The taxi's gone now, and there are no other people on the street. It's raining lightly.
You hear a car coming from the west. The rain is beginning to slack off to a light drizzle.
A car rolls slowly by. You can see the face of a middle-aged man, obviously intrigued by the sight of a beautiful young woman, in the rain, with no umbrella, not even a handbag - and, if he's looking closely enough, as you think he is, he can see that you're not wearing a bra either. Your soaked silk blouse might as well be transparent.
The Volkswagen picks up speed and disappears into the dying rain. You stand there, nipples and breasts outlined against your chill silk blouse. The rain has stopped.
