Blake was tempted.
Weiss was a very beautiful girl. Pale skin like a doll, snow white hair, and sharp blue eyes. Blake couldn’t say truthfully that she hadn’t imagined some scenes with her. There wa a secret compartment in her shelves of books where Blake hid all the stories she wrote about her team and friends. More than once Weiss had been happily engaged with Blake herself. Snapping out of it, Blake shook her head.
“Let’s meet up with Ruby and Yang,” She decided. “Otherwise, they will come looking for us and want to know what happened.”
“That you went and found a space rock.” ‘Weiss’ chuckled.
“Shhh, act like her,” Blake hissed. “Then I’ll decide if we can enact my live action shows.”
“Very well, Blake.” Weiss smiled. “I shall endeavor to act the part of the heiress.”
The two of them headed into the main streets of Vale with Weiss leading the way. It didn’t take long for Blake to see the familiar blonde hair of her partner Yang standing next to Ruby, a young girl in a bright red cape. Both of them looked up as they approached.
“Where did you go, Blake?” Ruby asked.
“I thought I heard something in an alley and went to check it out.” Blake answered.
“Oh, thought you might have run away or something.” Yang teased.
Blake’s lips tightened but she held back her tongue. Yang had a point there. She did run away a lot without thinking. The White Fang, revealing she was a Faunus, hiding in the library when she didn’t want to get involved with her team's antics. Still, it didn’t feel every good. As Yang and Ruby were eyeing her, ‘Weiss’ was giving her a knowing grin. As the ghost WAS her, or at least some part, it knew what she was feeling.
“NO, I heard a loud bang in the alley and thought someone might have been in trouble.” Blake told them. “But it was just someone tripping over a trash can. Better safe than sorry.”
“Oh, that’s fine!” Ruby suddenly brightened up. “Good thinking, Blake. Weiss said she’ll wait for you, but if we had known it was just that.”
“She was only a minute or two, it was nothing.” Weiss huffed. “Now, are we going? You said you wanted to take us somewhere, Ruby.”
“Oh, right! Follow me!”
Blake couldn’t help smiling seeing her young leader match off to lead the way.
