Go back to your room.

You go back to your room with Mrs. Anderson. She says, "Parker, I'll send up one of the servants with some food for you. You should stay here and do your trigonometry homework."

When she leaves, you quickly change clothes, scrub off the makeup, and try to brush the curls out of your hair.

One of the female servants comes up with dinner and you eat it while brooding to yourself. You sigh. Mrs. Anderson is probably right and you should work on your trigonometry homework.
