Three newly disenfranchised paranormal scientists have stumbled upon a breakthrough in spirit sightings. It seems many of the phantoms, spectres, and ghosts love to strip women naked in public, often at the most inopportune times. Using their wits, they go into business together, catching ghosts (hopefully before they render victims completely nude).

However, they do not yet realize that the increased paranormal activity in New York is tied to an even bigger threat. One that will stop at nothing until every woman is left naked, embarrassed, and blushing.
