Getting a public apology right away

Elayne asked Adrianne -"Ok now, when do you want to receive your public apology Sergeant?". Fernandez answered -"I would like to receive it right now if that is ok."

Elayne -"Very well, get dressed then and let's proceed". Fernandez -"I would prefer to go like this maam. Actually we could both go like this if it's ok by you." Elayne -"I have no problems with that. Captain Logan you come with me as you are. Girls, follow us. Sergeant release Mayor Hardy and take him in custody to the auditorium." The auditorium was a mixed of theater and stadium were general meetings were conducted. Elayne gave some orders over the radio and a general calling was made through the loudspeakers calling everyone except those whose functions were critical. Adrianne release Hardy who fell to his knees in front of her. He was still under her temporary authority so when she order him to stand, he did so with great difficulty. Once standing she ordered him -"part your legs!". He did so. Due to the punishment received, his huge testicles had now the size of oranges and hang half way to his knees. Adrianne cuffed his hands together in his back and then stood in front of him, a little to his side and grabbed the neck of his scrotum between his balls and the rest of his body. The thin stretch of skin was so long that her closed fist only occupied half of it. When they arrived to the auditorium she was received with applause and both walk up to the elevated stage. A microphone was ready so everyone could hear them well. Adrianne and Hardy already knew the protocol that dictated how his surrender and apology had to be conducted. She led him to the center of the stage and whisper in his ear -"Don't defy me of I will ask the Admiral to grant me these as retribution" and to emphasize what she meant she pull and twisted his balls sharply. She let him go and turning to face him, she said "I demand your apology".

He felt so scared and humiliated he forgot the exact protocol and started reciting the required formula -"for my offense I..." Adrianne moved fast as lightning and before he could finish, she hit him with a terrible knee to the balls. With a mocking smile Sgt Fernandez told him -"That's better. This part where he asked for permission to speak was not part of the normal procedure but the whole process was new and in development, besides Adrianne knew Briscoe was not going to intervene and Hardy was never going to protest risking her retribution.

He hyperventilated to regain some voice and ask her “May I address you madam?”.

“Yes, you may” she answered and then order him -"But first stand up, spread your legs and deposit your testicles where they belong!” then she placed her right hand, palm up in front of her, at the level of his groin and waited for him.

The women and many men, who finally understood their new place, applauded. Then Fernandez addressed Elayne and asked -"what is you ruling ma'am?" Admiral Briscoe walked to the center of the stage and told the audience -"we will give some time to Major Hardy to heal from the damage he rightly received and we will reconvene here in exactly 7 days to hear my ruling". Hardy spent the next days in the infirmary and Adrianne showing the detailed video to all her girlfriends. After the week went by they all gathered at the auditorium. Sgt Fernandez was now using the standard uniform that consisted in a cat suit like tight suit in red. Hardy was still naked and his balls had regained a normal color and size, which in his case meant they were gigantic. When Logan arrived Elayne was also in the stage and soon began addressing the audience.
