Get some ads up

Now that the matter of ownership has been hammered out, you can finally send out ads to look for potential roommates/tenants.

Thankfully, you already had them written up so you’re able to send them out to the newspapers in the closest towns and cities. There are only three worth taking notice of: Millerville, Lake Ashby, and Delray City.

Millerville is a pretty small town. It is the closest populated area from your house and keeps you supplied with the bare necessities of living. The people here are generally trustworthy from your encounters with them, if not a bit naive for the most part. The people here generally don’t make a lot of money though, so you’re probably not going to get many people who can afford your rates.

Lake Ashby is a bigger town, though it’s not as close as Millerville is. Overall it is a decent, if average, town. For the most part you have no reason to distrust anyone from here, although it’s doubtful that you’ve met EVERYONE in town. Still, most people should make a comfortable living wage and can afford to rent a room from you.

Last up is Delray City. When you need excitement or a place to go where things happen, this is the place. You’ve had some pretty favorable encounters during your time in the city, although that could easily be attributed to you being smart enough to steer clear from the slums and other “troubled” areas of the city. Still, as long as the application checks out you have very little reason to believe that someone from the city wouldn’t be able to afford two or more rooms.

As it stands, you’re planning to run ads in the paper for a month or so and make you decisions near the end of that period of time.
