Chapter 2

Which fool will discover the app?
George Isaac, Dead End Office Worker
Begin Stereotyping.
That did not sound… nice, George thought. He looked up at Jennifer, then down at his phone again. Stereotyping someone couldn’t be that bad, right?
George swiped back over to the app’s home screen and read over it again. It was short, for what it’s worth.
“Welcome to Type Transition, or TT.”
“To begin, please select a target by looking at them in person, and thinking of their name. Their information will appear on the screen. You may then stereotype them to continue.”
There was no additional information about what stereotyping actually does in the app. Which was honestly just typical. Of course they wouldn’t tell you what a feature does until you use it! Otherwise people might not bother using it!
As George thought it over, Tara popped into his mind again. She was sitting in the cubicle behind him, which meant, thankfully, that she was facing the other direction, and George was able to occasionally sneak a quick glance at her when she was busy.
George didn’t really want to “stereotype” Tara though. At least, not yet. Not until he knew exactly what that meant and what it would do to her.
Pretending to stretch, George looked over his shoulder and glanced at Tara again. Not much of her was visible from this angle, since she was slouched over in her chair, but that was fine. George could see her smooth, probably soft, dark skin and thick, curly black hair, both of which stood out strongly against her light blue top and jeans.
Her clothes were never tight, they were always work appropriate after all, but she really couldn’t even attempt to hide her curvy figure, especially those breasts that were just out of sight right now but absolutely strained her shirts.
She wasn’t some big titted bimbo though. She was quiet and clearly introverted, barely talking above a whisper at times. George hadn’t been able to talk to her very much since joining the company a few months ago, but when he had been able to get some one on one time with her, he’d found that she was smart, funny, and sassy as hell. It wasn’t really clear to him what her “stereotype” would even be.
Jennifer though… well…
George turned back to face his desk again, then did a forward stretch that allowed him to watch Jennifer out of the corner of his eye. She was definitely a bimbo stereotype. Being Asian, probably Chinese if George had to guess, she perhaps didn’t fit the “blonde white girl” part of the stereotype, but everything else fit perfectly. She had long, waist length hair that she had dyed a light brown color. She wore a tight orange pencil skirt that showed plenty of skin and really emphasized her hips, and had on a thin, white button down shirt that was clearly a size too small for her, clinging to her fit stomach and making her modest breasts press heavily against the fabric.
George could hear her laugh from across the office. It was that sort of obnoxious, over the top laugh of someone trying to convince another person that they were funny. Probably as a way to flirt with them, which she would constantly do with the men in the office. Well, the men in the office that she liked.
So, not me, George thought.
She also lacked, well, any sort of common sense. Especially in regards to computers and electronics. She had apparently worked here for over a year, how the hell did she still not know how to use the printer? It was a miracle she hadn’t been fired, especially since the big boss was a very career oriented type of woman who one wouldn’t expect to tolerate that sort of thing.
Stereotyping her, whatever that did, surely wouldn’t change her too much. Yeah, George hadn’t interacted with her a lot, since she seemed to prefer more confident and outgoing men, but there was no way, he thought, that there was much more to her than he could see just by watching her. Right?
No, George thought. I have to test it on someone, it might as well be her. She was the ideal target.
George looked down at his phone, swiped back over to the transition screen, and pressed the confirm button.
Does it do anything?

Type Transition
A Definitely Not Cliche App That Allows The User To Change People
This story is about a person who gets an app capable of turning people into stereotypes. They will have the power to swap and change these characteristics into unique and interesting (and hopefully fun) combinations.
