Futuretech’s secret

The battle was shockingly easy, the previous Commander was evidently stupid (or as it was in the rising sun... average) in that all that was required were a few King Oni, with Yuriko to deal with whatever was left. Only anti-air defence... what idiot didn’t exploit that weakness?

“Now it’s time to see what they were doing here” you mutter as you investigated the site. With the Allied troops defeated the lab was mostly abandoned and destroyed.

Entering the main lab you could see an array of advanced robotics and complicated machinery. But what drew your attention was what Futuretech was most dedicated in protecting. Project Aphrodite.

What you saw here was a chemical lab, one with various chemicals. As you were investigating you came across one vial labelled Project Aphrodite. Investigating closely you could see the vial contained some form of pinkish liquid, fizzling like soda.

You picked it up examining it closely when suddenly the doors of the lab flung open causing you to jump in surprise. The pink liquid staining your shirt. Agh crap, well there were no symbols indicating it was toxic or anything like that. So you would just have to clean up later.

“What is it?” you ask the approaching solider, an archer maiden.

“We have captured Kelly Weavers Sir” she explained, causing a burst of excitement within you. You might find out what they were doing here.

“Alright let’s go” you said, convinced the chemical had no harmful side effects

As it turns out you were right, there were no harmful effects. But that didn’t mean no side effects. Just some very good ones.
