Flip through the manual and activate.

After flipping through the manual briefly, noting a few safety precautions. It all seems pretty basic and straight forward, a lot of common sense. You snicker at one of the warnings, which says to keep it out of reach of children. That’s probably a smart message. After looking at the instructions for a few moments, you load the batteries into the remote but hesitate before activating your new playmate. You wonder for a moment if perhaps you should make a few other preparations before actually avtivating it. You take a long breath and then look over the manual one more time before deciding to follow the instructions in the manual about how to activate your new playmate.

Hinata’s eerie Byakugan eyes open quickly and stare at you, making you wonder just what it is that she can see with those eyes that are supposed to be able to see through trees, but still be sensitive enough to just see clothing. You wonder briefly if she is seeing anything that she likes, or if she is even able to use her Byakugan skills. Her ears twitch, probably getting used to the new sounds that are surrounding her, such as your breathing, or the sounds from the street outside. You quickly look down at the remote and make sure that her language setting is set to English so you will know what she is saying when she starts talking. She looks at you for a few more moments before speaking softly, “Hello.” She seems to blush a little bit and brings her hands up, gently pushing her fingers together in that cute and shy Hinata pose, “I’m...my name is Hinata.” She brought her one hand away from the little finger tent and made a little pawing motion with it, that almost seems to be a little half hearted, probably because she is still a little shy.

You smile as you watch her for a few moments, knowing that you are going to have a lot of fun with the cute and innocent cat girl, “Hello, Hinata.” You bring your hand up to caress her cheek. It feels warm, and just like it was a real person. She seems to shudder a bit, and closes her eyes, the blush still staining her cheeks, and her ears still twitching. You also notice that her tail seems to twitch a little bit before slowly wagging back and forth behind her. Even though she seems to have the personality of Hinata Hyuuga, that cat tail of hers gives away the fact that she seems to actually be enjoying this little event. It could still be dangerous to try and get things going too quickly with her shy attitude, but with her having a few definite tells, like that wagging tail of hers, it should be easy to judge what she is actually feeling and thinking. You wonder if there is any chance that she’ll run away if you try to push things a little bit too much, so it will probably be better if you ease her into things. You stare at her for a few more moments before speaking softly, “Well, you definitely are a pretty kitty, aren’t you?”

Hinata’s blush seems to only increase at the mention of you liking the way that she looks. She turns her head to the side, pulling her face away from your hand, but her actual feelings on the subject are given away when she begins to let out a soft noise that sounds very much like purring, “Th-Thank y-you...”

You smile softly, wondering if perhaps you can somehow convince her to open up a bit more somehow, but at the moment you really aren’t sure where to go with all of this. The real question is how to proceed now...
