Flee Down The Tunnels!

You had to run!

At first you figured you could take these beasts on because not only is it a more narrow hallway but it's just hellhounds and with the Sword, The Goddess and your faith with The Burning Rose you knew you could handle them!

But the you thought, what if it wasn't hellhounds? Or what if it was more than three? You don't have much room to dodge down here so you would be stuck fighting them head on. It was a chance you didn't want to take so you turn your body around and look down the never ending stone hallway and take off in a dead sprint.

You just hoped that you would be able to reach the end of these tunnels and get out of here before any of these demons were able to catch you.

So you ran, as hard as you could, which was actually not very fast considering you didn't have any proper shoes on and were also lugging around a giant sword, but still, you pushed yourself as hard as you could down the dark hallway.

You heard the growls, roars and yelps behind you as you figured the demons were finally at the bottom of the staircase and could probably see you running off in the distance. You knew if they really were hellhounds it wouldn't be long before they would be able to catch you considering how much faster they can run.

But then you saw it, the end of the tunnel. It was sealed! "Oh Goddess..." you mutter through your panting breaths as you figure there must be some type of lever to open the door.

The sound of paws are pattering across the stone floor behind you, getting closer and closer. You want to look behind you, to see what is coming, but you didn't want to slow down at all, you had to push forward, push through your pain, push through your muscles cramping, push through this hallway!!

You finally reached the sealed door ahead of you and immediately reach down to the latch and pull it up and try to open the door.

"No..." your voice goes sad as the door is locked.

Your eyes dart all around the door, looking for some type of mechanism to unlock it. You see a gash in the door at one side, which almost looks like a giant keyhole, you wonder if you had something that could fit into it that would act as a key? "Would the Sword of St. Magdalena fit in that?" you ponder but realize if that doesn't work, not only will the demons behind you reach you, but you now wouldn't have a weapon.

You see two circular almost clock like pieces of stone which stick out from the door as well. It's almost as if you need to rotate the two stone circular pieces to the right order and potentially the door would open.

You could also try to **** it open, scream and hit it to see if you can either break it down or maybe if somebody is on the other side, they will open it and let you in.

You hear the demons behind you getting closer and closer and you know you won't have much time left for your decision. You already delayed too much looking at the door that you now only have time to try one of your options.

Should you use the Sword of St. Magdalena in the keyhole and hope it opens the door? Will you try to rotate the two circular locks to the right combination to open the door? Just trying to **** the door open with your strength could be smart or potentially get someone on the other side to open it, assuming someone is there. Lastly, you could just turn around and fight...it's hopefully just a few hellhounds...right?
