You settle on the couch to watch baseball news and highlights for a little bit, until the sound of footsteps on the stairway pull your attention.
"Alright, Mr. Sinclair, you're all set. Leak's fixed, and I installed a proper shower head that should fit snugly." Brad hikes his sagging jeans and smiles. "I'm just going to go turn your water back on, and then you'll be all set."
"That's great. What do I owe?"
"Oh, Dennis will send you a bill, no charge today." Brad wipes his hands with a hand cloth, and extends one, which you shake firmly.
"Well thanks very much, again. As you probably noticed, I have a full house."
"Yeah, saw that. Lots of ladies, too. Need all the bathrooms you have in working order, I'm sure." He chuckles, heading downstairs to turn on the water.
