Find food

You hear something being poured into another bowl behind you.

"let's give them some food, they must be hungry." you hear the mother say.

You turn around to see what looks like fist full chunks of brown dog food. You have little choice and move over to pick one up. Chloe comes over beside you.

"How do you think it tastes?" Chloe asked.

"It smells like roast beef." You reply. You take a bite, it does indeed tasted like roast beef. "I hope you're not a veggie, it's beef flavour." You tell her.

"I am not, I will give it a try." Chloe replies and picks one up.

You eat a few until you feel full. You have to go back to the water bowl a few times as it is very dry.

"I think they like it." Anjie comments.

"They seem to be drinking a lot, perhaps we should get some wet food next time." Her mother comments.

You find your attention drawn to other needs.
