Fill it out

Taking a seat on the floor, you begin to fill out the application.

At first, it's all simple stuff - your name, age, sex and address. Stuff that you've filled out a million times in the past. Even have all that stuff memorized. Well, to the best of your abilities of course.

Then the sheet took a turn for the weird. Flipping it around, you find a bunch of questions asking for specific responses. Okay, that wasn't normal.

Nonetheless, you get to looking them over.
