The white around you starts to disappear. and you find your self lowered gently into a soft, grassy hill. Sitting up, you look around. You're inside an immense and fertile valley. Fields of dark green grass, forests, small mountain villages and a large city or two all seem so tiny in the scope of the large picture before you. Surrounding the U-shape valley are impossibly large mountains, green and peppered with boulders. After looking around, you spot a small Stuttgart-esque looking village only a short walk away. You get up and feel the rubbing of fabric around your body. Upon looking back down at yourself, you notice that you're in a new argyle dress and soft black slippers. You start walking, when you feel a hand on your shoulder.

Upon turning around, you see a smiling young blonde woman in a light blue dress. "Hello, Sam. I'm sure you have a lot of questions, and we'll get to those after I give a brief synopsis as to where you are. You are in Phinna, a cozy and lush land found within the paper confines of your great uncle's book. You may leave whenever you please by talking with me. To speak with me, merely call my name: Cylia. Whenever you open the book again, you'll find the land like this. Anything that happens to Phinna or its people will be completely undone. Whenever you leave, you'll re-enter the home you know as if no time had passed at all. Now, do you have any other questions for me?"
