Favor for a promotion

Gary jovially pats Herny on the back "Herny old man, you are more fun than you get credit for." he laughs "To be honest half the reason you haven't been promoted is because no one ever got to spend any time with you." Henry stiffens a little trying to **** a laugh and make a joke "Oh what's the other half?" Gary smirked "No one owes you anything, you do your job and go home. Since you never stick your neck out or do any favors you don't have any social currency." Henry freezes not knowing what to say, he didn't expect that honest and clear of an answer.

"So... What... should I do?" Herny is at a loss not knowing what to do about this. Gary eyes you hungrily "Well, I could probably get something moving for you..." he looks around and leans in to whisper something to Henry. Herny looks really worried and leans in to give you a hug lips against your ear "Did you mean it when you said anything to help?" You nod not knowing what is going on, Henry takes your hand and puts it in Gary's and says "We have a deal?" Gary nods and pulls you toward him putting his arm around you and taking a feel of your ass as he leads you deeper into the house.
