You then get Dressed and put the holster in your pocket, and packed up before leaving, while making sure you had enough Jewels to get a house in the area of the guild so you can forget about paying any rent for good.

(Unless you already lived there, but you are more worried about transportation, or you have to pay any rent or bills, or some other stuff) and you had unpacked (Like the other stuff, ignore that if that is the case.)
