"Well, the first thing I'd recommend to accept your own flaws would be to face them." Dr. Feldman said. "Once we face our fears we always find out they are not as bad as we might think."

"What fears? How do I face them?" Lauren asked, demanding as always. Dr. Feldman smiled. Normally a patient like this would be horrible, but Lauren's problems were so juicy he was just enjoying it!

"Well, it's obvious you have major body image issues." Dr. Feldman explained. "But, you're obviously a beautiful young woman. Coming to terms with yourself is the first step. I'm going to recommend you wear no enchantments in our sessions."

"Fine." Lauren said, figuring he meant to not wear padded bra or shaping panties next session. There was a long awkward moment as it dawned on her that Dr. Feldman was waiting for her to do something now.

"Wait, you mean take them off... now?" Lauren asked.

"Why not?" Dr. Feldman said.

"I... I'd have to undress, that's why not!" Lauren said. It was absurd!

"Lauren, I am a licensed medical professional." Dr. Feldman assured her. "Think of me as your doctor. This is a safe space, I already told nothing that happens in this room will leave here."

"Yeah, but I'm not getting naked!" Lauren scoffed. "I thought we'd just talk!"

"Therapy is action Lauren." Dr. Feldman said, trying to hide his smile. "You can't always just talk your way out of your problems. Unless you want to just go on wetting yourself and having anxiety dreams, I recommend you take action and do as I say..."
