She starts looking through the options given to her on the screen.

She can call a "slut" as it says, who will do whatever you want and be an expert at it. They can also look like anything from Ahsoka tano, to Mia Khalifa.

Alex can go to Pregnant: Have sex and impregnate/ be impregnated by anybody.

Unbirth: unbirth and/or unbirth anybody she wants. There was also something called Stuff the Pred, where dozens of non preds try to fit as many of them inside a pred as possible. As well as other options.

Vore: eat and/or be eaten by anybody she wants. There is a Vore Buffet, a stuff the pred, and other options.
