Etta's Announcement

Etta, in Paige's body, decided to give Megan a quick demonstration of the benefits of the swap she had impulsively made. She sauntered over to the DJ and smiled at him, she had his full attention immediately.

"Hey gorgeous, what is it? You got a request for me? I can play whatever you want!"

This guy was so eager to please her he practically felt like Etta's servant. Was everything always this easy for Paige?

"Could you do me a really big favour and let me make an announcement babe. I'd be super grateful!"

"Well, we aren't supposed to let customers do that, never know what they might say. But I don't mind making an exception in your case"

Over with the other two witches Paige was still stuck in Etta's body when the music stopped and the DJ spoke.

"Okay everybody, this very beautiful lady has a very special announcement to make so can we please have your attention."

There were a number of supportive cheers as people turned to see what appeared to be Paige holding a microphone. The real Paige, however, trapped in Etta's body was not so thrilled.

"Hey, stop that bitch from saying anything!"

Paige ran forward to stop her but was held back by two burly guys who had been buying her drinks not long ago.

"Hey nerd, shut the fuck up, Paige is about to announce something."

"Yeah, stay there you crazy bitch!"

She then looked to three of her closest female buddies for support but got none.

"Don't look at us, freak!"

"What are you even doing here?"

"Fucking dork!"

For the first time in her life Paige discovered what it was like not to get her own way. Whatever Etta was about to make people think she was announcing, there was nothing she could do to stop it.
