Erica is studying with Alicia.

Erica started tapping her pen on the table as her mind drifted again. The repetitive noise eventually got on Alicia's nerves, who noticed that Erica wasn't studying at all. Even worse, Erica was preventing Alicia from studying, too. "Erica! I can't study with you like this!"

"Sorry," Erica murmured. She felt bad that she was bothering her, but she couldn't focus. Her nerves were all twisted up.

The two of them were sitting on cushions in Alicia's dorm room. Alicia was sitting by the window with her books splayed open around her, hand-written notes in hand. "Seriously, what is your problem?" she demanded as she moved into a more comfortable position. Her attention was now on Erica instead of her books.

"It's nothing," Erica tried to reassure her.

"Bullshit," she retorted. It was clear that she wasn't really upset anymore. "Is it about tonight?"

"It's nothing," Erica repeated in a slightly harsher tone.

Alicia grinned. "I knew it!" Erica groaned. "What is it? Why are you so nervous about going out on a date?" Erica gestured at herself, attempting to communicate without words. "I don't understand, Erica. At this point, I don't need to look at you. I already know what you look like."

Erica's face turned red. "Alicia!" She hated when Alicia made light of the situations that involved her getting stripped.

"What?" she asked. All innocence. "The way I see it, the only reasons you would be nervous about tonight are that you are self-conscious about your body or you are self-conscious that you are still a virgin." Somehow, the red tint of her face deepened. Alicia leaned in towards me conspiratorially. "You know what that means."

The red left Erica's face as she suddenly paled.
