Erica's underwear is missing.

All her underwear was missing. The snugness of her panties around her waist was absent, as was the support she should have felt around her breasts.

For the flight, Erica had specifically put on a bra so that she'd have an additional layer for the flight. She was certain that she had been wearing both of her bra and her panties during the flight before she went to sleep, but now they were both gone, leaving me in just her dress.

As Erica tried to reign in her nerves, she wondered who could have taken her underwear. The bigger question she wanted answered was why had somebody taken her underwear.
