Election night

Election day, Mindy is on the patio overlooking her vast acres of land eating a succulent spread of fresh fruits for breakfast as Clark heads out. "Morning Clarkie, it's my big day I hope I can count on your vote", Clark looks at her "Of course Mindy, you're the best thing to hit this town in forever", "Oh aren't you a cutie, come here I have something to show you..." she stands up and moves over to a steel briefcase on a table Clark approaches, "it's a new suit", Mindy reaches in and pulls a jet black Superman suit glossy embossed S across the front and black cape, she can barely contain her excitement, and a helmet just like the community officers wear, covering everything but his mouth "This will be so chic on you Clark, and it's slimming and it goes with all of my outfits and....", Superman stops her "Mindy, I'm not sure about this" she pouts "please try it on for meeeeee, and if you're lucky I'll that outfit you like later and I'll let you mass debate with the new mayor of Metropolis", he laughs and gets the suit out as he picks up the Helmet it he suddenly feels strange, he can't put his finger on it, Mindy picks up on it and literally lifts it to his head "put it on, it's got a data hook up to every sector of the city which division is patrolling where and when I win this election it'll have a direct link up to every 911 call within the city limits, and besides it's a little more discreet than the glasses disguise"...Superman shuffles his head inside, he instantly feels it adjust to his a comfortable fit..."one size fits all" Mindy coos, he holds his head as the waves hit him again it's confusing to him, he can see everything but data overlaying it, Mindy starts to explain "What you're seeing Clarkie is the newest tech augmented reality, you're connected 24/7 to the city and more importantly me. And the best part is the mouth", Clark looks at her "Why what does it do to my mouth", Mindy gets close "Leaves it nice and open for lots of smoochies" she kisses him, he grabs her, pulls her in, fondles her, runs his fingers through her hair, "That's a bit hard Clarkie play nice", he holds her arm contemplating his next move the waves begin to plague him again, Mindy stares at him like he's a labrat that's about to get the cheese, Clark lets go "I'm sorry Mindy...I don't know what came over me..." Mindy sits down at the table again as an assistant comes over with a bouquet of flowers, Clark's swipes them "who the hell are these off, Mindy" she carefully removes the card "Mayor Berkowitz, he's preemptively congratulating me for winning the election", Clark throws them onto the table "What a putz", Mindy is looking at this new found agression she's never been so turned on, "My Superman" she pulls out the Subliminator, and pushes a button suddenly a pillow of Mindy's perfume releases from within the mask, she speaks into it "Clark what would you do to anyone ever hurt me?", he turns to her "I'd crush their bones to dust in my bare hands....I don't why I said that I'd see that they never get out of jail" she smiles, the waves hit him again Clark grabs her "I need you Mindy, I WANT YOU...", she turns away "Not now Clark I have a busy da...", he grabs her and flies her into the bedroom and has his way, this wasn't like before where Clark let Mindy take control, Clark dominated her after he was finished, Mindy turns to him "Well mister I'm an hour behind schedule now, can I trust if I leave you'll be here when I come back?", Superman stands up " Yeah but I've been spinning my wheels here too long i'm going to have some fun I promise I won't be too late", he laughs and flies out of the window, Mindy looks at him just a blur "Hmmm, well that certainly had an effect."...

Later on after Mindy and Superman were supposed to do a public appearance and vote, Superman was nowhere to be found. Mindy finds some time to have meeting with Tempus "How did Clark like the suit?", "The helmet definitely had an effect, but he seemed head strong, confident...I don't like that in my men", Tempus laughs "I'm not surprised it had an effect that helmet is lined with half a rock of red kryptonite he's currently the emotional equivalent of a angsty teen, how did the Perfume being him down?", Mindy feeling the bruises on her arm from their sexual encounter that morning "Not enough, do I need a higher dose?", "Possibly, and what did he say he'd do to someone who hurt you? replies Tempus, Mindy looks at him "Kill them in a horrific manor I was really touched...until he changed his mind and said he'd stick them in jail", Tempus runs his fingers over his beard "Then let's find out which", Mindy glares at him "If this goes wrong there won't be a place in time or space you'll be able to hide Tempus", Tempus "It'll go off without a hitch and it will give Clark the proverbial shove off the cliff"...

Mindy returns home for Clark, they had planned to visit every polling booth in town leaving nothing to chance but Clark was nowhere to be found. Mindy does the tour on her own charming everybody she met, the news were putting the polls at 97% Mindy with a 3% margin of error. Midway through the evening as the polls were almost done Superman flies through the door stinking of booze, Mindy looks at him "Did you have fun? Where have you been?", he laughs "Yes I did, I wanted an ice cold Tequila so I want to Mexico, then I fancied a nice game of cards"...Mindy interjects "Let me guess Vegas?"...No he replies "Here, first for the money in the safe, in the secret room behind the closet then Monte Carlo", Mindy's eyes go wide in shock, she spritzes him "Hey I'm sorry Mindy, I lost it all, I'll pay you back, I lost track of time, I love you but it was a fun day, how are the polls?" Mindy curtly replies they've counted 49% of the vote and everyone is for me", suddenly on the TV breaking news we have received more news from the mayoral election and we're calling it 55% for Mindy Church this is unprecedented, congratulations Mayor Mindy. Mindy jumps out of her seat, and let's out an "Ooooooh, Mayor Mindy, this city is mi...ours Clarkie" she pours 2 glasses of Champaign shall we have a toast and meet my adoring constituents?", Superman downs his and throws the glass down smashing it! Mindy glares "Those glasses were $5000 one of a kind", Clark looks at her, points at her glass "Well I guess this one really is one of a kind now"...Mindy thinks to herself if this plan doesn't bring him under heel, she'll have to reconsider this whole arrangement.

Superman whisks Mindy to city hall where there is a roaring crowd, 1000's of come out even Mayor Berkowitz is cheering but he's not quite sure why. Mindy looks nervous as she begins to speak "People of Metropolis we did it, I'd like to thank former mayor Berkowitz for being gracious in defeat, and I'd like to thank Superman for always supporting me, but my first order of business as of first thing Monday morning the police will be relieved of their duty and my Community officers will given full power of arrest" The crowd cheers, "and for my second order of duty...", Suddenly BANG there's a shot it narrowly misses Mindy, the crowd freaks out, Superman rushes to her engulfing her within his frame, and then turns looks up to the direction the bullet flew from and bolts into the air, in a rage he quickly finds the assassin packing his gun atop a nearby sky scraper, he's Intergang, Superman approaches him his eyes glowing red he melts the gun burning the shooters hands as the melted metal melds to them he's screaming, he's pleading that Mindy ordered him to do it, that they were blanks in the gun. Superman smiles raises his fist stops for a second, the waves of red kryptonite begin to affect him, he puts his hands over his mouth straining , meanwhile back on ground level Mindy is watching and listening through the cameras in the helmet, she pushes a button the perfume hits him and Mindy's uses the Subliminator her voice is hitting him at every frequency, his entiresenses are being attacked. "Hey..." shouts the shooter "Are you okay man?" Superman looks at the man "Never better" then in a rage he beats the man viciously he's an inch from ****, he throws him down to leave, Mindy chances her luck and releases more perfume via the mask, Superman stops and turns around grabs the man by his ankles and flys high into the air, the man pleading that he has a wife and kids "Come on you're Superman, you don't do this kind of thing", Superman looks him in the eye, "You nearly stole away the woman that I love, it would have ripped me apart, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE? HUH?" He slaps him "WELL YOU'RE GOING TO" he grabs his arms he stops for a moment but the subliminator kicks in and Mindy tells him to do it he laser the eyes the man in half Mindy can't believe it she is delighted this was better than anything she ever expected. He flies back down Mindy falls into his arms feigning being scared at the **** attempt, "What happened Superman?", He looks at her blood on his face, his suit, his hands "I sent Intergang a message". Mindy looks at him, she's never been prouder or more turned on in her life, she's corrupted the ultimate symbol of Justice he looks at Mindy "I'll never let anything happen to you, you mean more to me than anything, I'd lay my life down for you, from here on I'll do anything you want", "Anything???" She replies, "Anything, I'll kill every last one of them if that's what you want" " OOOOOH Superman, take me...", "Where" Superman asks, Mindy cups his chin "First home and then you can take anyway and anywhere you want" she kisses him deeply as Superman flies into the dusk lit sky, What a perfect end to a perfect day thinks Mindy, Superman is lost drinking in her beauty as the very stars seem to dance and twinkle in her eyes.
