Does Pregnancy lasts nine months?

I remember this movie called three year pregnancy that one woman went pass nine months then I could change this reality. Then I started to type.

*Pregnancy will last up to ten years. The fetus will reach nine months. When the fetus reach nine month, it will stop growing and enter a sleep like trance. Due to this birth defects won't ever happen including premature birth.

I thought for a moment for the how many babies that woman can have. This is easier then before.

*Multiple pregnancy is common around 1990 due to global change due to the environment. This ability is permanent. Woman who become pregnant will have between 10-30 babies. Due to this, their bodies will adapt to make them strong enough to carry the children inside them. Due to this, woman will be jealous causing them to have "pregnant envy." Woman will be envy but not mad enough to hurt them.

I thought one more thing about this.

*Pregnant woman who have sex while pregnant will have a 10% chance to become more pregnant with more fetus. Between three to six. The maximum will be forty. Woman who are pregnant able to move around normally.
