Dobby looked at the remains of the body of the former Tom Riddle, aka Lord Voldemort. This along with all of his soul anchors emptied of his essence, including Harry Potter, meant the man was finally dead. That all of the **** Eater, save a select few, had gone to confess their crimes and provide proof of their misdeeds. Well, that was his work too.

"All thanks to you, Missus. With the magic ring you gave me which prevents people from disagreeing with Dobby in any way, we now have saved the life of the Great Harry Potter. Now he won't have to worry about it any more, but we can still help Harry Potter. Give him the life he deserved. Isn't that right?"
