Do as she says

With some confusion I rush over as soon as I'm within arm's reach she pulls me into the building and slams the door shut behind her. As I stumble I hear several clicks from behind me, as I look I see the young woman locking the door with several, and unnecessary to my point of view, locks.

With a sigh she turns to me, "What in the world is wrong with you? Just standing out there in the middle of the street." She says in a huff crossing her arms under her chest. I take a moment to examine her, she's fairly tall, dark skinned with chocolate brown eyes, her hair is long with a slight curl to it. She's dressed in a medieval barmaid's dress with a purple neckerchief tired around the top of her head.

"I'm a newcomer... What's going on that has everyone spooked? Also my name is Silver What's yours?" I ask as I take a seat at a nearby table.

She sighs and takes a seat across from me, "Well there's been a spirit creeping around here and until a Cleric or Priest comes along we're all stuck inside and we can't get exports in. As for my name I'm Claudia the owner of this Inn and Tavern." She replies, "Not that I'm getting much business here anyways... Well why did you come here?" Claudia asks resting her head in her hand.

"Not quite sure myself...Just was dropped here when I walked through a portal with this." I reply holding up the axe.

"Portal? I doubt that the only humans capable of magic are long gone, banished us to this realm with the monsters." Claudia says before spitting on the ground in disgust, "Bastards thought many of the captured humans weren't worth saving but we've survived." She says looking straight at me. "You are strange though... I've never seen clothes like yours."

I look down at myself and realize I'm still wearing a plain white t-shirt with a pair of sweats with my shoes. "Yeah... suppose that's kinda a long story but that can wait." I reply chuckling slightly humorously.

"If you say so, I'm not one to pry but I hope you find a way out of here. I'll let you stay here free of charge for now since I doubt you have any Gold on you." She gets up and walks down a small hallway. I get up and follow her as she walks to a door and opens it. It's a simple room with a candle on a nightstand, a simple bed with cotton sheets and a chest.

Claudia motions for me to head in, "Don't suppose you would mind some company? I mean you are the one with the Battleaxe." She asks a bit sheepishly.
