Do'raym, Khajiit agent for the Thalmor (Alternative start)

You are Do'raym a Cathay-raht Khajiit born in the south of Elsweyr, you stand taller than most of your brethren despite keeping your agility. You had been recruited by the Thalmor early in life and had been a deadly assassin and silver tounged diplomat whenever they had ordered and now your work has brought you to skyrim...

To say you were having a bad day was an understatement, initially it had went well afterall the ambush you pushed the imperials to set up went off without a hitch and Ulfric was captured along with his retuine, he was to be sent to solitude for trial but a few well placed words and some veiled threats later he was diverted to Helgen to be executed.

One might wonder why the Thalmor would want thier own unwilling agent dead afterall Ulfric had done well in initiating his revolt and the imperial forces in the province were in a standstill with the stormcloaks but it wouldn't be enough when the time came to reignite the great war as the nords needed to hate the empire more than the dominion when the war began thus you would have the imperials kill thier leader, the rebellion would likely die with him but the seeds of hate are already planted and Ulfics blood would make them grow, at least that's what your superiors claimed.

You had little interest of the politics of the situation, you were just the stone and they were the hand. The ambush had gone well and you had arrived at helgen before hand along with other Thalmor agents, the Imperial General Tullius had arrived not long before you and greeted your party just as the prisoner wagons arrived into the town with Ulfric among them. The Imperials began thier process of the execution and of course at the moment your hardwork would have paid off fate plays her cards.

A dragon. Of all the things that could have possibly happened to ruin your mission it was the one thing no one has seen in over a century, you have no idea why the Imperials wouldn't just execute the Jarl so you could be done with it but no just as they were about to execute some Nord who had gotten caught in the ambush and then out of seemingly thin air a dragon black as night swoops in and burns the town to nothing.

You had made it out quickly along with the General although it seemed your compatriots were not as lucky and had been killed in the attack.

Now here you are just outside of the Thalmor embassy with Elenwen no doubt already awaiting your report, it's likely she's already heard the news about the missions failure and you pray that she doesn't see fit to hold you accountable.

Sighing you resign yourself to your fate and enter the embassy, luckily the embassy is quite and no parties or other functions seem to be going on. Your boss is well known for her elaborate parties and her eclectic tastes and the days are few and far when the embassy isn't hosting someone of some importance whether that be for "business" or pleasure.

The guards say nothing as you continue to Elenwens office, they must realize something is happening although hopefully not what. You reach the office door and pause, this could be the last time you enter this office but if you don't you know there will be little you can do to stop her from having you killed by another agent.

Breathing a heavy sigh you raise your hand and knock on the metal frame of the door, a beat goes by before your hear her voice call for you to come in.

Swallowing your fear you enter the office, an exotic and beautiful space comprises your bosses office with decorative art and displays, the lady herself sits behind her desk waiting for you to approach.

What follows is both a miracle and a nightmare, at first she raves on and on about how this mission was vital to Thalmor operations in skyrim but it quickly devolves into how the dragons appearance can be used to the dominions advantage.

What seems like an eternity later you leave her office not only alive but with a new mission, there were reports of suvivors from helgan aside from the Imperial general tullius and Ulfric,now you must find whoever survived and find out what they know.
