Disembarking

The ship lands on a rooftop helipad. Looking around, you take in the surroundings. The ship is atop a skyscraper in the downtown area. The building appears to be modern in style, and is quite tall. As you disembark the ship, you find yourself with a girl walking on each side of you. Tracer, on your left, moves rather close to you, wrapping an arm around you. You in turn wrap your own arm around the shorter woman's shoulders, pulling her against your left side. Mercy, not to be outdone, assumes a mirrored pose on your right side. Together they lead you to a door on the roof, and then down a stairwell. "So," you ask, "I guess this is home now?"

Tracer, still nuzzled against your left side, replies "We rent the top two floors as our headquarters." You exit the stairwell onto the top floor. This story has a very open floor plan, with very few solid walls. The roof is supported by pillars, allowing for a near 360 degree view of the city as well as the last hints of a sunset, pale yellow hues barely clinging to life as the night sets in.

The area you stand in has some free-standing cork boards and a large desk lined with monitors and computer peripherals, which you deduce to be a control center of some sort. The next area you see has a large TV, couch, and chairs, presumably a rec room. Next is the kitchen, which has a large stainless steel fridge, sink, counters, cupboards, and an island with stools. Another area has a boxing ring, some weights, a treadmill, and some free-hanging bags. The girls lead you down another set of stairs to a long hallway lined with doors.

"Everyone's probably already asleep by now, so we'll have to do introductions tomorrow." Tracer says.

"Which raises the question of where you want to sleep tonight," Mercy adds. "Unfortunately, we don't have an extra room for you, so you'll have to sleep with one of us tonight."

"So," Tracer leans close, "who's it going to be?"
