Dennis needs a change now!

Dennis wanted to play with his new friends, but tears leaked from his eyes anyway, the gross mess in the seat of his diaper burning against his still-sensitive skin. The load in his diaper spread across his butt when he moved as the floodgates let loose, Dennis sobbing in full effect.

"Aw, are you okay sweety?" Asked Mommy, who came to see what was wrong with her baby. She placed a hand on his diaper. "Don't worry, baby boy. Mommy will make it all better."

Mommy picked the boy up, her arm under his diaper butt and spreading the poop further, as she placed him on his back on one of the changing tables in the room. She placed a pacifier in Dennis, who then began to suck on the pacifier, calming him down.

"Hey."

Dennis turned his head. On the changing table next to him laid the twin girl from before, her nursing unit was wiping her down as she was about to replace her diaper.

"You're the new baby, right?"

"D-Dennis," he responded, having gotten used to saying his name.

"I'm Eve, but my friends call me Eevee. Where you born yesterday? You look like you were born yesterday. My brother and I were born a looooooooooooong time ago. Mommy says that my brother and I are going to walk any day now, and then we'll get potty training and then we can leave and join the rest of the grown ups. Do you have any brothers? Sisters? Kitty cats? I've never seen a real kitten but someday I might!"

"Sweety, remember what we talked about?"

"...to not talk so fast?"

"That's right whittle Eevee," said the nursing unit as she finished strapping on the girl's new diaper. "Dennis is just a baby. You got to be gentle with him."

"Okay mommy."

Dennis was silently grateful for the nursing unit. Eve talked a mile a minute, and Dennis was not sure if he could handle that. The nursing unit blew a raspberry over Eve's bellybutton, causing the baby girl to laugh incessantly, kicking her legs around, before the nursing unit smoothed her babyish dress out and picking her up.

"Bye Dennis," said Eve over her nursing unit's shoulder as she was taken back to the play area.
