What sort of punishment?

Debbie speaks up

Debbie protests, interrupting you. "Sir, even Stephanie would have trouble sitting still after that many strokes of the cane." She says, her lip trembling with fear. You are momentarily distracted by the intrusion of memories of Stephanie - a short, almost pixie-like girl who frequently dyes her hair and resists spankings, and who gets punished more than any other girl in the grade - but you cannot fail to appreciate the courage it must have taken to speak up like that.

You debate punishing her for it as well, but before you can speak she continues. "If I may be so bold, could I suggest that you cane me and make April watch? We're good friends, so it will upset her, but she won't damage her butt."

April looks on aghast, as you consider Debbie's proposal. It has a certain appeal to it, but you have plenty of other options for what to do to April. And to Debbie as well, although maybe you could let that go. Or be gentle with her, at the very least.
