DMV

After sometime on the road I finally ask my mother by saying "Who did you call before and where are we going anyways."

My mother tells me that "I called your older sister to meet us at the mall later which will be going to after we go to the DMV to get you a new identity to go with your new look."

After that I let her continue to drive to the DMV and after looking out the window during the car ride we finally made it to DMV. We both get unbuckled from seats and exit the car so we can walk into the DMV. The front desk sees us walk in and motions for us to come over to them and mother says to the front desk lady "My daughter here needs a new identity."

Then the front desk says "Why does she need a new identity anyways."

My mother tells her that "My daughter used to be my son earlier today."

"So I guess your the big news story of the day that I saw on TV."

I say "what do you mean by that and since when am I a big story."

"I saw on the local news about doctors found a cure for Autism by having an Autistic person switch genders for their whole lives like anyone would believe that is even possible until I saw you standing here looking for a new identity."

After finding out that piece of information we get my new identity squared away for now that my new name is Tori Evelyn Olson which good for me and everyone else to know that. I still can't believe I was on the news for having my gender changed under duress and without my permission. Then we exit the building and get into the car to head over to the mall so I can get a new wardrobe that isn't men's clothes. It should be interesting to see my sister's reaction when she sees me and I can only hope that I don't see any of my classmates their before seeing them at school in a couple weeks.
