The heads of the Justice League where having an emergency meeting. An hour of go an entire city appeared off the cost of Gotham City. A bridge connecting the two cities also appeared. Why no attack had happened yet, they had to make sure this wasn't some invasion of something. This wasn't as shocking as this kind of stuff happens all the time, so they quickly teleported several members to the Watch Towers.

The trio of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman looked over the varies data. They couldn't see or find any weapons or armies. Heck, they seems to see only parties going on.

So after a few hours they decided to spend in to teams. Teams one was Night Wing, Starfire, Raven, Zatanna, Huntress ( Helena Wayne) and Batgirl ( Barbara Gordan). Team two was Batman, Wonder Woman, Cat Woman, Katana and Night Shade.

Both where teams where teleported into the city.
