Crystalline

 The Amorga were, in a word, beautiful. They were one of the few races the Federation had ever discovered that had not evolved in an oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere. They were composed of multi-colored crystals that constantly expanded and contracted. Their language was a beautiful melody composed of chime-like tones. While listening to the samples of the language that Starfleet had, Deborah found herself getting lost in its loveliness. She could only hope the Amorga were as beautiful in their character as they were in their appearance.

  Deborah nervously stepped into the conference room where the entire contact team would have their first meeting. She was the second person to arrive to the conference room. The first person was the team leader, who was sitting at the head of the table.
