Continue the duel.

You look to see the man grab his head. His eyes widen and his nostrils flare. His eyes are trained directly on both Niki and Eva, and it's not difficult to tell he doesn't have the most pure intentions on his mind. You then see a purple mist rise up around his feet. His eyes glow white, and his suit begins to strain against the bulging muscles beneath.

"Hmm. I believe he is gaining power from the women in play," Meti says. "If I am correct, I believe I succeeded in figuring out mine before you. That is good fortune."

"That's his new power? Seriously?" You groan.

A pulsating power engulfs his hands. "Girls... Girls!" he shouts.

Yikes dude.

"I wonder what is happening now. If you wish to do something, feel free to do so." Meti nods.

"Hah hah! Thank you, my giantess." He throws both of his hands forward and a cone of flashing rays engulf your entire field. Both Eva and Niki cover their eyes, but there's no escape in any direction. The energy doesn't pierce them--no injuries are present at all. Though as the lightshow continues, you notice something else happen instead. Every article of equipment they have down to their weaponry vibrantly glow every colour of the rainbow. Then, there's a flash. You look down to see both of your allies completely exposed from head to toe.

Tits and ass--everything is out. It takes them a moment to notice. Together, they reach around and grab their naked bodies in a **** attempt to cover themselves up, though flushed red and disarmed, they've been made helpless targets for your opponent to strike.

Eva screams. "Nooo!" She squeezes her bust tight under her arm as her other hand wraps between her legs. "Wh-Why is that his power too?!"

"This really sucks," Niki grumbles with teeth clenched hard.

"But that is ultimately my turn. It seems that was his attack," Meti explains. "Therefore, you may now draw, Kyle Warren."

Your next card is a harpy girl. Not all that useful right now, but at least it's another Creature Card to fall back on. Also she's cute. But if you play it, your opponent's creature is only going to get stronger.

The guy didn't even budge. I was afraid to active my vines unless it did nothing against that. But that might work out for the best. Nobody was destroyed, and I still have a little something to give me peace of mind. But what are the powers of my own units? Hold on. What's that?

You look down to see a swirling power around Eva's body and it's growing quickly, both in size and intensity.

Niki turns. "What are you doing over there?" she asks.

Eva looks back, confused. "What do you mean?"

"You're glowing."

You slap your hand against the side of your face and groan. "Of course that's your power. I don't know why I'm surprised anymore."

She purses her lips. "... No! My power has nothing to do with being naked. That's stupid! This game is stupid!"

Meti stares blankly. "Her power is what? In all my years of playing with these cards, I have never--"

"Niki, Eva! Attack that weird guy together and take him out!" you command.

"Ah. But they are unarmed," Meti says. "I know that one is a mage, but the other is a warrior, correct? Wait a moment. Two markings?"

Niki sighs. "Fine. But nobody look!" She brings together her hands and lets her body come into view for all to see. Fortunately, it's only you, Eva, Meti, and the guy who is now salivating with lust, but the latter won't be around for much longer anyway. She cracks her knuckles and begins stepping forwards. "This is more than he deserves."

"B-But I don't... I can't..." Eva mumbles. "All right I'll do it!" Her breasts bounce free as she holds out both of her hands. Though she has no focus, that doesn't mean she can't conjure up spells, and with the strange power swirling around her, it's even more potent than it usually is anyway. Storm clouds manifest over her head as electricity crackles down to the velvet beneath her feet. Her eyes illuminate with Zeus' fury. "Chain Lightning!" When she throws her fingers forwards, several bolts of lightning careen towards her foe, and he explodes into a smouldering daze--body scorched, eyes glazed over.

Straight after, Niki runs full sprint towards him. She swings back her fist, and thanks to her magical markings, she's able to drive her fist straight into the man's face. His nose and jaw shatter under her strength, and he tumbles down to his back and disappears into a plume of sparks.

Meti raises a brow. "I see." She retrieves the card and places it aside. "This looks quite bad for me."

"That's right, and I think I'm about to finish it," you announce as you throw down your last card. A glistening silver dragon stretches its wings as it materializes above a magic circle. "Attack her deck directly now!"

It roars to the sky and lifts off. You watch as it soars around eye-level above the table, and then it swoops down like a hungry falcon towards its target. The dragon crashes straight through the barrier around her cards, and slams its claws and razor-sharp teeth into the deck itself. Sparks fly, energy is released, and after a blinding explosion of light, you look back to see every creature gone. The cards are back to normal.

Game over.

Eva and Niki gasp as they regain consciousness. The man does as well.

Immediately, Eva reaches down to cup her chest, but when she feels the fabric of her blouse, she looks around confused. "Did... Did we win?" she asks.

"Waah!" The man throws himself up from the seat and nearly stumbles over the edge of the table. "N-No amount of hotties is worth this much trouble. I'm out of here. You guys are nuts!" And with that, he sprints towards the door, turns the lock, swings it open, and bolts far away.

The room is silent, and the door slowly creaks shut.

"Yes." Meti breaks the silence. "You were victorious. This game is far from predictable. Anything may happen. That being said, you made strategic decisions, and I vastly underestimated the power of your party members. Good game, Kyle Warren."

You slide your cards over. "Then I get the boots then."

"That you do." She stands up, picks the pair of boots up from the table, and walks them over to you. She holds them out atop her palms and bows her head. "I thank you for providing me with both entertainment and a challenge. Take with you this magic item, the Winged Boots of Herbes. When you leap, you will find yourself covering far more distance both vertically and horizontally, and they do well to absorb shock as well. That being said, you are not immune to injury from falling by wearing the boots alone. If you tap them together while in the air, their second effect will activate. You will fall as slowly as a feather, though this magic's power is finite. Do it for too long and the effect will end. Do you understand?"

You get up and accept your gift. "I think I do. Thank you. I honestly expected this to end with someone's soul being stolen, like trapped in a card, or... I don't know. Usually people try to kill us."

"You are correct to be cautious."

After kicking off your own boots and stowing them into your pack, you slip on your new footwear. They're immediately more comfortable, as if they've formed to fit around your feet perfectly. These kicks are made of the finest leather, and the while the tiny wings on the sides may look weird if you were back on Earth, it actually looks pretty cool given the setting. With a magic ring and blade, and of course a blue tunic, you feel even more like an adventurer in shoes like these. You give them a tap on the floorboards and nod.

"They're perfect," you say. "And that passed time for us too. I saw we grab something to eat from a tavern around town and then head to our little meeting. What do you say, party?"

Niki crosses her arms. "Where's our magic item, huh? We were the ones fighting."

"That was embarrassing!" Eva huffs.

"Sorry. That's the only thing we were promised," you reply. "Maybe you can challenge her to a game next time."
